Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping and transit times. During periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer.

Custom, personalized, or laser-engraved products may require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times

Most standard orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment location, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside the control of 144 Tactical & Survival LLC.

Some products may have different estimated delivery times. When applicable, additional shipping information may be provided on the individual product page or during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Shipping rates may vary based on the products ordered, package size or weight, delivery destination, shipping method, and other fulfillment requirements.

Any free-shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to the terms and conditions of that promotion.

Multiple Packages

Because we offer products from multiple fulfillment locations, an order containing more than one product may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we choose to fulfill an order in multiple shipments beyond the shipping charges presented to you at checkout.

When available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details after their order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information. In some cases, tracking information may take several business days to display movement.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

If an order is returned, lost, or undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and, when appropriate, working with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment.

Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in extended delivery times.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Verify the shipping address on your order.
2. Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.
3. Check with other members of your household or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
4. Contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery.
5. Contact 144 Tactical & Survival LLC if you are still unable to locate the shipment.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as properly delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and laser-engraved products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Estimated production or processing times may be provided on the applicable product page.

Please remember that custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, when offered, will be determined by the shipping options available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing or local carrier operations.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on the product type, destination, carrier requirements, or applicable federal, state, or local laws.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we determine that a product cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the destination provided.
