Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At 144 Tactical & Survival LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must include its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other materials included with the product.
- Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage caused after delivery, modification, or missing components may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by 144 Tactical & Survival LLC or the product arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.
Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, laser-engraved, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This restriction does not apply if the custom product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, spelling, artwork, designs, and other customization information before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors contained in customization information supplied or approved by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photographs or other information showing the condition of the product and packaging.
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, 144 Tactical & Survival LLC will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable except when the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable shipping costs associated with the replacement item unless the exchange is necessary because the original item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
If there is a price difference between the original product and the replacement product, the customer may be responsible for the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:
- Custom, personalized, or laser-engraved products
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or modified
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products missing original components or accessories
- Gift cards, if offered
Additional products may be designated as Final Sale on their product pages and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
